MEDITATION 

For most of the people, Meditation means to close your eyes, slow down your breathing, focus on your breathing without being distracted by anything else, but this is not what meditation is. Let’s try to get a look insights of Meditation, its internals, and the benefits :

What is Meditation?

Meditation is a practice for your mind by inducing a state of consciousness and realising it through breathing pattern. As a whole, it consist the following sequence of events :
  • Focusing on your breathing pattern
  • Visualising a Spiritual World and
  • Chanting Mantras.
On a higher level, it is used to access inner wisdom and deep insights from the higher unconscious. It is also a powerful tool for accessing your creativity, your inner wisdom and developing your intuition.

What Happens During Meditation?

The whole act of Meditation is about making unaware of all the distractions and make him/her focus one single thing.(breathing)
When you first start to meditate, you’ll realise that your mind begins to tangled with your random thoughts. If you sit silently with your eyes closed and try not to think a thought, you’ll probably end up pretty frustrated, because your mind will tend to wander around those thoughts and you may find yourself uncomfortable or lost in those thoughts. But that is completely normal.
It’s better to have a proper guidance and a pleasant environment if you’re a beginner. It becomes easy to practice when someone’s voice is guiding you through the steps.
With ample practice, your mind doesn't wander as much, and it's much easier to follow along and not get lost in all the stories and the to-do lists and the thinking about the past and worrying about the future that we normally do.

How to start Meditation?

LET'S START-
STEP-I : Find a quite and comfortable place for meditation.
STEP-II : Choose whatever you like for meditation i.e love, peace etc. Now repeat that mantra 10 times in your inner sight and in your inner voice.
FINAL STEP- : Chant this mantra until the count of 10.
Other than this there are countless ways to do meditation everyone have there own way of doing meditation. this is one of the best way to start.
