HOW TO LOOSE WEIGHT IN ONE MONTH

HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO HELP YOUR TO LOOSE WEIGHT:-

1- SAY NO TO ALCOHOL- A small shot of beer, wine or any alcohol beverage contains the same calories as a piece of chocolate cake. If you want to loose weight please say no to alcohol.

2- COUNT CALORIES ACCORDING TO YOUR WEIGHT- Every food that you eat have some sort of calories and taking surplus calories is like a hurdle in your weight loss. always count before eat anything.

3- DO MORE PHYSICAL WORK- Being physical active is not working out in the gym or running in the park being physical means use your body as much as you can for example- use stairs instead of lift. walk for a mile or two to burn some more calories it will really help in your weight loss.

4- A BIG NO TO JUNK FOOD- Please avoid junk food or packed food if you really want to loose your weight and cut down your belly then you must compromise with the junk food. 

5- EAT HIGH FIBER AND PROTEIN FOOD- And don't eat food with fat like chocolate, butter, milk etc. 

6- NEVER FORGET YOUR BREAKFAST- Always have some kind of breakfast but avoid bread toast instead of it take some oats with some less cream milk. or some kind of fruits.

7- DRINK PLENTY OF WATER- It will help you in your weight loss in a magical way.

8- FILL YOUR DIET WITH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES- Fruits and vegetables have almost no calories but they provide you a lot of energy and also helps in digestion of protein that leads to fat loss.


9- TEA AND COFFEE WILL HELP YOU IN WEIGHT LOSS- Both tea and coffee are natural diuretic and fill with antioxidants.   

10- DO STRENGTH TRAINING- follow a workout program with more strength training it will help you to cut more and more fat. 

11- GET MORE SLEEP- Less sleep will slow down your metabolism which leads to more fat on the body.
